At Sir Visser, we service a wide range of appliance brands—whether it's a trusted household name like Whirlpool, GE, LG, or Samsung, or a high-end luxury brand like Sub-Zero, Wolf, Monogram, or Thermador. Not all appliances are built the same, and that means servicing them isn't the same either. We classify the brands we service into two categories:
Major Brands vs. Premium BrandsÂ

Major Brands ($169 Diagnostic Fee) – These are widely available, mass-market appliances from mainstream brands. They’re designed for easy serviceability, with parts that are generally more accessible and affordable.

Premium Brands ($219 Diagnostic Fee) – These are high-end, luxury appliances with advanced technology, specialty parts, and more complex repair processes. Servicing premium brands requires specialized training, unique tools, and often more time—so we charge a slightly higher diagnostic fee.
Do You Service My Brand?

We service most household and high-end appliance brands once they’re out of warranty. However, we’re also an authorized service provider for select brands still under warranty.
