After paying the $149 diagnostic fee (or $219 for premium brands) you'll get a 3 hour arrival window. On the day of the repair, we'll text you when we're on our way.

After a comprehensive review of your appliance's operation, we'll supply a diagnosis with fair and transparent pricing using the Appliance Repair BlueBook.

Repair or Replace
If you decide not to repair, our Good Knight Guarantee gives you back 50% of your diagnostic fee towards a purchase of a new appliance at our 5-star retail partner.
